Frozen

After a long time of hearing about the great new Disney movie and I finally got to see it! One of the reasons it is so popular is the differences between frozen and other Disney movies. Most Disney movies have one leading lady. Dreaming of a Prince Charming coming along, but frozen is about sisterly love. Anna and elsa, the main characters, are best friends when the are born. But elsa is born with an unusual curse, the power to freeze things. One day she accidentally hits her sister, Anna, with her icy powers. To save her, all memories of magic are erased. Elsa stays in her room to protect her sister from further harm. In the end, the story is not saved by Prince Charming, but the power of sisters.

Wicked the musical!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right now I have an obsession with wicked the musical!!! I watched it in auckland on a saturday afternoon and I LOVED it. The songs are sooo amazing and the cast pulled them off so well. I love Kristin Chenoweth even though she wasn't in the cast I saw. Wicked is based on L Frank Baums The Wizard of Oz. It was about Glinda the good and Elphaba the wicked witch of the west when the were in school together and were best friends. I would watch it again anyday.
